Last year, Blue Sparrow Chef Luke Cypher went into nesting mode. He was not only expecting the arrival of a new baby (she’s doing well and growing fast!), he was gearing up to be the semi-permanent food purveyor for Sharpsburg’s Dancing Gnome. Blue Sparrow has landed (semi-permanently) at Eleventh Hour Brewing in Lawrenceville. Starting April 3, the mobile eatery’s vintage Greyhound bus will be parked outside the Charlotte Street brewery on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 5 to 10 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.  Eleventh Hour will welcome a rotating fleet of food trucks on Saturdays and the mass transit restaurant will continue to make the rounds at area businesses and festivals… (CLICK IMAGE TO READ MORE)
