The Blue Sparrow Bus brings its newest menu of globally inspired fusion street food dishes to Dancing Gnome. Armed with a 1956 Greyhound Bus and a wood fired pizza oven we are going to be baking up pizzas inspired by international ingredients as well as dumplings, ramen burgers, and other goodies.
