The Blue Sparrow Bus will be serving food at the Scottish Rite Car Cruise this year. We were are thankful for this organization because they allow us to build this bus in their parking lot for 4 months in 2018. Come out and enjoy a great day of seeing vintage and classic cars. Food is available and prizes given. If you have a vehicle you what to show, bring it out. There is no registration fee. Proceeds benefit the Children's Dyslexia Center.
The Blue Sparrow Bus will be ay Brew Gentlemen for a special Japanese Street Food menu takeover. Come snag some creative twists on old standards, featuring summer okonomiyaki (a savory cabbage pancake), yakisoba noodles, yakitori chicken, and crepe cones with matcha cream, strawberries, and ginger.
Blue Sparrow Bus and Brew Gentlemen are having an outdoor event in their new open air space. With a menu of five types of wings inspired by various global cuisines: tikka masala, apricot jerk, wasabi ginger, coconut lime, and charred onion mint. A $15 ticket gets you a spread of two of each flavor plus a beer, which you can purchase in advance here (or order a la carte and get four wings for $5). Additional a la carte menu items (with vegetarian options including tofu banh mi) will also be available.

A lot of excited feelings with this post, as we’ve been eagerly awaiting the announcement of Makes Frequent Stops, a collaboration beer with our family at Dancing Gnome. Makes Frequent Stops is a fresh DIPA hopped with Columbus, Mosaic, Amarillo, Ella, and Vic Secret that we feel pays tribute to the relationship we’ve built with the clever minds at Dancing Gnome for the past two years. This is a special occasion as we feel they are as passionate about their beer as we are about our food, so we’re putting together a surprise menu for its release on Saturday, April 6th. Since none of this would be possible without you, we hope to see everyone there helping us celebrate.
