We take ingredients from around the globe and fuse them with classic street cart dishes. We’re big on doing things right, which is why we do things from scratch. We bake all our own bread. We pickle and ferment our veggies. We braise, marinade, garnish; grill and toast with love. These techniques take time, but at Blue Sparrow we want to tell a story with our food, and we want you to be part of it.
