We take ingredients from around the globe and fuse them with classic street cart dishes. Food is our passion and that's why our menu is from scratch. We bake all our own bread. We pickle and ferment our veggies. We braise, marinade, garnish, grill and toast with love. These techniques take time, but at Blue Sparrow we want to tell a story with our food, and we want you to be part of it.

Our Story

Food is an Art Form,

and Blue Sparrow is a way of expressing that for me. But that is only the beginning. Film, paint, beer, street art, coffee, photography, welding, wood working, and graphic design are all art forms that have gone into making Blue Sparrow what it is. These videos and pictures, as well as our kitchen-space, and truck, house works from some amazing artists who I've had the privilege of collaborating with. And I can't wait for there to be more!
